2022-22104 Privacy Act of 1974: System of Records Notice Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Office of Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), proposes to modify the records titled Personnel Security Integrated Tracking System (PerSIST).
