The NRC staff is issuing a final EA and finding of no significant impact (FONSI) associated with the proposed exemptions. 2022-08-29 2022 8 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2022/08/29/2022-18498/union-electric-company-dba-ameren-missouri-callaway-plant-unit-no-1 https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2022-08-29/pdf/2022-18498.pdf Nuclear Regulatory Commission 383 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an environmental assessment (EA) prepared under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and NRC's regulations.
