That final rule amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by revising the Entity List entry for "Huawei Cloud Brazil" (under Brazil) and by adding a new entry for "Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd." (under China, People's Republic of). However, the references to the foreign direct product provisions in the EAR that apply to these two entities were incorrect.
