2022-04362 Air Plan Approval; Virginia; Revision to the Classification and Implementation of the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard for the Northern Virginia Nonattainment Area Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a state implementation plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. This revision consists of an amendment to an existing regulation which adds a new section listing the localities that comprise the Northern Virginia ozone nonattainment area, which is classified as marginal for the 2015 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS).
