2021-25708 Procedures for Commission Review of State Opt-Out Request From the FirstNet Radio Access Network Rule In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) deletes those rules that it previously adopted to implement the ``opt-out'' provisions of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 (Act).
