2021-25464 Airworthiness Directives; BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Airplanes Proposed Rule The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-12-08, which applies to all BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Model BAe 146-100A, -200A, and -300A airplanes; and Model Avro 146-RJ70A, 146-RJ85A, and 146-RJ100A airplanes. AD 2017-12-08 requires revising the maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or revised structural inspection requirements. Since the FAA issued AD 2017-12-08, the FAA has determined that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary. This proposed AD would require revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. The FAA is proposing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products. 2021-11-23 2021 11 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/11/23/2021-25464/airworthiness-directives-bae-systems-operations-limited-airplanes https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2021-11-23/pdf/2021-25464.pdf Transportation Department; Federal Aviation Administration 492,159 The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-12-08, which applies to all BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Model BAe 146-100A, -200A, and -300A airplanes; and Model Avro 146-RJ70A, 146-RJ85A, and 146-RJ100A airplanes.
