2021-15012 Notice of Request for a New Information Collection: Overtime and Holiday Inspection Fees for Small and Very Small Establishments Notice In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is announcing its intention to request a new information collection to reduce overtime and holiday inspection fees for small and very small meat, poultry, and egg products establishments. This is a new information collection with an estimated annual burden of 724 hours. FSIS is reducing holiday and overtime fees under the American Rescue Plan Act, enacted on March 11, 2021.
