The NRC is also proposing to incorporate by reference the 2011 Addenda to ASME NQA-1- 2008, Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications (ASME NQA-1b-2011), and the 2012 and 2015 Editions of ASME NQA-1, Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications.
