We preliminarily find that Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S. de R.L. de C.V. (Regiopytsa) (successor-in-interest to Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S.A. de C.V.) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), and that Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. (Maquilacero) did not have sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review. We are also rescinding this review for 12 companies where timely requests for withdrawals were filed by all parties who requested the reviews.
