2020-24065 Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Technical Amendment Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing the removal of the air pollution nuisance rule from the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP) using a Clean Air Act (CAA) error correction provision. EPA has determined that this rule was not relied upon by Ohio to demonstrate implementation, maintenance or enforcement of any national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS).
