2020-22021 Specialty Tires of America, Inc., Receipt of Petitions for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance Notice Specialty Tires of America, Inc. STA filed noncompliance reports dated August 27, 2019, November 15, 2019, and November 18, 2019. STA also petitioned NHTSA on September 16, 2019, and December 13, 2019, and later amended the former on March 3, 2020, for a decision that the subject noncompliances are inconsequential as they relate to motor vehicle safety.
