The EPA is requesting comments on this application and whether EPA should finalize its tentative affirmative determination, or make a negative determination, on the proposed designation of a no-discharge zone for all and/or any of the thirteen waters located in the City of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County as provided in the Clean Water Act.
