| 2020-16414 | Administrative Requirements Terms and Conditions for Cost-Type Grants and Cooperative Agreements to Nonprofit and Governmental Entities | Rule | This final rule is the third in a sequence of six final rules this issue of the Federal Register that update the Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARs). This final rule adds seven new DoDGARs parts to address the administrative requirements included in general terms and conditions of DoD cost-type grants and cooperative agreements awarded to institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations, States, local governments, and Indian tribes. The administrative requirements are in areas such as financial and program management; property administration; recipient procurement procedures; financial, programmatic, and property reporting; and subawards.
