2020-06960 Energy Labeling Rule Proposed Rule The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC" or "Commission") proposes amending the Energy Labeling Rule ("Rule") to require EnergyGuide labels for portable air conditioners and seeks comment on these proposed requirements, particularly the proposed effective date.
