2020-03106 Revisions to Safety Standard for Portable Bed Rails Rule In February 2012, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a consumer product safety standard for portable bed rails. The standard incorporated by reference the applicable ASTM voluntary standard.
