In coordination with Jayco, Starcraft RV (Starcraft) and Highland Ridge RV (Highland), subsidiaries of Jayco, also filed noncompliance reports dated July 17, 2019. Jayco subsequently petitioned NHTSA on July 31, 2019, and later amended that petition on September 26, 2019 and November 6, 2019, for a decision that the subject noncompliance is inconsequential as it relates to motor vehicle safety.
