2019-27260 Wagner-Peyser Act Staffing Flexibility Rule The U.S. Department of Labor (Department or DOL) is issuing this final rule to give States increased flexibility in their administration of Employment Service (ES) activities funded under the Wagner-Peyser Act (the Act).
