2019-26705 Availability of Information to the Public Rule The Department of Education ("Department") issues a final rule amending its Availability of Information to the Public regulations to reflect amendments to the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") made by the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 ("Improvement Act") and a minor technical update.
