2019-23579 Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes Proposed Rule The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Airbus SAS Model A350-941 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a determination that ram air turbine (RAT) performance may be below the expected (certificated) level when the landing gear is extended. This proposed AD would require installing flight control and guidance system (FCGS) software (SW) X11 Standard (STD), as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference.
