2019-23137 Medicare Program; Application from Utilization Review Accreditation Commission for Initial CMS-Approval of Its Home Infusion Therapy Accreditation Program Notice This proposed notice acknowledges the receipt of an application from Utilization Review Accreditation Commission for initial recognition as a national accrediting organization for suppliers of home infusion therapy services that wish to participate in the Medicare program.
