2019-21353 Airworthiness Directives; Fokker Services B.V. Airplanes Proposed Rule The FAA proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Fokker Services B.V. Model F28 Mark 0070 and 0100 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of fuselage bottom skin exfoliation corrosion, fuselage skin bulging and cracking, and missing fastener heads. This proposed AD would require a detailed inspection of the fuselage bottom skin for corrosion, skin cracks or bulges, and missing, loose or broken fasteners, and, depending on the findings, accomplishment of applicable repair instructions, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which will be incorporated by reference.
