2019-20788 Trade Adjustment Assistance for Workers Proposed Rule The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the Department of Labor (Department) proposes to expand protection and support for U.S. workers adversely impacted by foreign trade by revising its Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) for Workers program (TAA Program) regulations.
