2019-18650 Financial Assistance Interior Regulation Rule This final rule establishes the Financial Assistance Interior Regulation (FAIR). The FAIR supplements the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), which was adopted by the Department of the Interior (DOI or Department) on December 19, 2014.
