The EPA is proposing to act only on the revisions to the annual nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) and sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) trading program. The EPA will act on the revisions to the seasonal NO<INF>X</INF> trading program in a separate action. The March 7, 2019, submissions revise Missouri's regulations related to the Cross-State Air Pollution (CSAPR) Annual Trading Program for SO<INF>2</INF> and NO<INF>X</INF>, and for ozone season NO<INF>X</INF>. Approval of these revisions will not impact air quality and ensures Federal enforceability of the State's rules.
