2019-16007 Children's Television Programming Rules; Modernization of Media Regulation Initiative Rule In this document, the Commission updates the children's television programming rules to reflect the changes to the media landscape since these rules were first adopted in the 1990s following passage of the Children's Television Act of 1990 (CTA).
