2019-14797 Almonds Grown in California; Revisions to the Accepted User Program Requirements and New Information Collection Proposed Rule This proposed rule would implement a recommendation from the Almond Board of California (Board) to revise the almond accepted user program requirements currently prescribed under the Marketing Order for Almonds Grown in California (Order). In addition, this action would prohibit the transfer of inedible material between accepted users.
