The revised white paper, entitled "SBA's Size Standards Methodology (April 2019)" (Revised Methodology) is available on the SBA's website at http://www.sba.gov/size-standards-methodology as well as on the Federal rulemaking portal at http:// www.regulations.gov. SBA intends to apply the Revised Methodology to the ongoing second five-year comprehensive review of size standards required by the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 (Jobs Act). On April 27, 2018, SBA published a notification seeking comments on proposed revisions to its size standards methodology.
