2019-05618 National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program: Statement of Reasons for Not Conducting Rulemaking Proceedings Proposed Rule In accordance with the Public Health Service Act, notice is hereby given concerning the reasons for not conducting rulemaking proceedings to add autism, asthma, and tics as injuries associated with vaccines to the Vaccine Injury Table (Table).
