2019-01193 Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act Rule This final rule is being promulgated in connection with an adjustment of the thresholds for the major assets prohibition of the Depository Institutions Management Interlocks Act (DIMIA) that has been proposed jointly by the FDIC with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (collectively, the "Agencies") through a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) published in the Federal Register on January 31, 2019.
