2018-27341 Hours of Service of Drivers: Association of American Railroads and American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association; Application for Exemption Notice FMCSA announces that it has received an application from the Association of American Railroads and American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (AAR/ASLRRA) requesting a limited exemption from the maximum driving time requirements of the hours-of-service (HOS) regulations for drivers of property-carrying vehicles.
