2018-26630 Airworthiness Directives; Fokker Services B.V. Airplanes Rule We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Fokker Services B.V. Model F28 Mark 0070 and 0100 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of electrical arcing between the auxiliary power unit (APU) starter motor positive terminal and the APU fuel drain line. This AD requires the removal of certain clamps and replacement of the flexible APU fuel drain line.
