2018-25500 DoD Identity Management Rule This rulemaking establishes implementation guidelines for DoD Self-Service (DS) Logon to provide a secure means of authentication to applications containing personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI). This will allow beneficiaries and other individuals with a continuing affiliation with DoD to update pay or health-care information in a secure environment.
