2018-24482 Revisions to the Source-Specific Federal Implementation Plan for Navajo Generating Station, Navajo Nation Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing limited revisions to the source-specific federal implementation plan (FIP) that regulates emissions from the Navajo Generating Station (NGS), a coal- fired power plant located on the reservation lands of the Navajo Nation near Page, Arizona.
