2018-22989 Pipeline Safety: Information Collection Activities; Revision of the Hazardous Liquid Annual Report Notice On July 13, 2018, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, PHMSA published a notice in the Federal Register (83 FR 32710) inviting comments on a revision to form PHMSA F 7000-1.1--Annual Report for Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Systems, which is currently collected under the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Control Number 2137-0614.
