2018-22762 Hazelnuts Grown in Oregon and Washington; Order Amending Marketing Order No. 982 Rule This final rule amends Marketing Order No. 982 (Order), which regulates the handling of hazelnuts grown in Oregon and Washington. The amendments were proposed by the Hazelnut Marketing Board (Board) and add the authority to regulate quality for the purpose of pathogen reduction and to establish different regulations for different markets.
