2018-22175 Proposed Amendment of Class D and E Airspace; Milwaukee, WI Proposed Rule This action proposes to amend Class D airspace and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Lawrence J. Timmerman Airport, Milwaukee, WI. The FAA is proposing this action as the result of an airspace review caused by the decommissioning of the Timmerman VHF omnidirectional range (VOR) navigation aid, which provided navigation information for the instrument procedures at this airport, as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program. This action would also replace the outdated term "Airport/Facility Directory" with "Chart Supplement". Airspace redesign is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport. 2018-10-15 2018 10 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2018/10/15/2018-22175/proposed-amendment-of-class-d-and-e-airspace-milwaukee-wi https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-10-15/pdf/2018-22175.pdf Transportation Department; Federal Aviation Administration 492,159 This action proposes to amend Class D airspace and Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Lawrence J.
