| 2018-19708 | Relief From HUD Requirements Available During Calendar Year (CY) 2018 to Public Housing Agencies To Assist With Recovery and Relief Efforts on Behalf of Families Affected by Presidentially-Declared Major Disasters | Notice | This Notice advises the public that HUD, in order to more effectively and expeditiously respond to Presidentially-declared Major Disaster Declarations (MDD), is establishing for CY 2018 an expedited process for the review of requests for relief from HUD regulatory and/ or administrative requirements ("HUD requirements") for public housing agencies (PHAs) that are located in counties that are included in MDDs.
