2018-10087 Special Local Regulations; Sector Ohio Valley Annual and Recurring Special Local Regulations Update Rule The Coast Guard amends its special local regulations for recurring marine parades, regattas, and other events in the Coast Guard Sector Ohio Valley area of responsibility. This rule adds 17 new recurring special local regulations, removes 9 special local regulations, and amends the name of an events/sponsors, dates, and/or locations of regulated areas for 48 recurring special local regulations already listed in the current table. This action in necessary to protect spectators, participants, and vessels from the hazards associated with annual marine events.
