2018-09389 National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard Proposed Rule A recent amendment to the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 requires the Secretary of Agriculture (Secretary) to establish the national mandatory bioengineered (BE) food disclosure standard.
