2018-06382 Procedures for the Mobility Fund Phase II Challenge Process Rule In this document, the Rural Broadband Auctions Task Force, with the Wireline Competition Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, adopt specific parameters and procedures to implement the Mobility Fund Phase II challenge process.
