2018-03085 Greater-Than-Class C and Transuranic Waste Proposed Rule The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking stakeholder participation and involvement in identifying the various technical issues that should be considered in the development of a regulatory basis for the disposal of Greater-than-Class C (GTCC) and transuranic radioactive waste through means other than a deep geologic disposal, including near surface disposal.
