This submission addresses the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), the 2006 fine particulate matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) and 2012 PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS, and the 2010 sulfur dioxide (SO<INF>2</INF>) NAAQS. The interstate transport requirements under the CAA consist of several elements; this proposal pertains only to significant contribution to nonattainment and interference with maintenance of the NAAQS in other states.
