The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2016, through January 31, 2017. This administrative review covers 11 exporters of the subject merchandise, including one mandatory respondent, Motech Industries, Inc. (Motech). The Department preliminarily determines that Motech made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the POR. Additionally, we are rescinding this administrative review with respect to 23 companies that timely withdrew their requests for administrative review.
