The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. The administrative review covers three producers/exporters: (1) Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (Hebei Jiheng); (2) Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. (Huayi); and (3) Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd. (Kangtai). We preliminarily determine that these companies received countervailable subsidies during the POR related to certain programs.
