2017-25841 Agency Information Collection Activities: Requests for Comments; Clearance of Renewed Approval of Information Collection: Laser Operations in the Navigable Airspace (Advisory Circular (AC), Outdoor Laser Operations Previously Mistitled Notice of Proposed Outdoor Laser Operations Notice In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to reinstate a previously approved information collection. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on August 31, 2017. In that the notice the collection was mistitled: "Laser Operations in the Navigable Airspace (Advisory Circular (AC), Outdoor Laser Operations." We received no comments. In order for the FAA to ensure safety it proposes to collect information from potential outdoor laser operators.
