The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on the following collection of information was published on August 31, 2017. In that the notice the collection was mistitled: "Laser Operations in the Navigable Airspace (Advisory Circular (AC), Outdoor Laser Operations." We received no comments. In order for the FAA to ensure safety it proposes to collect information from potential outdoor laser operators.
