The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016. This review covers Shin Yang Steel Co., Ltd. (Shin Yang) and Yieh Hsing Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Yieh Hsing). Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made certain changes in the margin calculations.
