This review covered Hangzhou Yingqing Material Co. Ltd. and Hangzhou Qingqing Mechanical Co. Ltd. (collectively, Yingqing), and Shanghai Wells Hanger Co., Ltd./ Hong Kong Wells Ltd. (collectively, Shanghai Wells). The Department gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results, but we received no comments.
