2017-23049 Regulated Navigation Area; Beals Island Bridge Replacement, Moosabec Reach, Jonesport, ME Rule The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) for the navigable waters within 150-yards of the Beals Island Bridge between Jonesport, ME, and Beals Island, ME. The RNA is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from the potential hazards created by the demolition, subsequent removal, and replacement of the Beals Island Bridge. This RNA will establish speed and beam restrictions on vessels transiting the regulated area during bridge replacement operations.
