2017-19346 Air Plan Approval; ID; 2012 PM2.5 Standard Infrastructure Requirements Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to find that the Idaho State Implementation Plan (SIP) meets the infrastructure requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA) for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) promulgated for the annual particulate matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) standard on December 14, 2012.
