2017-14693 Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; Louisiana; Regional Haze State Implementation Plan Proposed Rule Pursuant to the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve for the Entergy R. S. Nelson facility (Nelson) (1) a portion of a revision to the Louisiana Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted on February 20, 2017; and (2) a revision submitted for parallel processing on June 20, 2017, by the State of Louisiana through the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ).
